"The tool of elite extra has given us more visibility on how efficient our drivers are during their routes / has given us great POD information for the deliveries to leave at customer locations."

"EliteExtra is fantastic for route optimization, communication and oversight with delivery drivers, and electronic POD functions for our customer service team."

"Elite is great to be able to keep track of where drivers are at all times, the process to put in returns to be picked up, maintaining how routes are prepared and dispatched and being able to view any reports that may need to be reviewed."

"The lack of a manager's mobile app that allows us to view the driver's locations, update/change stops on the driver's manifest, add additional deliveries to a dispatched route, or add will calls pickups has been frustrating."

"I dont like that you have to set up the stop in a route to see the location for the customer, it would be nice if there was a way to see where cust located to know which route to best assign to without having to already assign then remove and put on the one best suited for it."
