"It's a very comprehensive software that has practically all the tools a maintenance supervisor or manager needs to control their department, from preventive maintenance planning to inventory control."

"It has helped me move some what to the proactive side using eMaint MMS because now I have a clear view of all the scheduled work orders coming up, equipment history and tech time all in one place. Because of our ability to pull up the equipment history and tech performance with no effort, downtime has been reduced greatly as we have been able to make informed decisions on when it is time to replace or repair our equipment properly instead of guessing."

"One of the biggest strengths of eMaint CMMS is its strong security and reliability, which ensures that maintenance data and asset information remain protected and accessible only to authorized users."

"The x4 servers can be slow, which creates issues, when multiple users logged into admin account the session is not isolated and you can run into collisions with other users"

"My least favorite thing about emaint has to do with our company and that is the security firewall don’t let emaint talk with our plc and other plant systems"

"I dislike it when you cannot change the asset on a work order after it has been created because then I have to completely cancel everything and start from scratch because someone hit the wrong pump."
