Overall I think this is a great system. It does have some glitches but overall it works good.

The integrated tax/miles tracking. The Ehub is easy to use.

The devices for the large trucks plug straight into the ECM which is super nice.

So far, EROAD support has been awesome. The report section is also really useful.

This alone was a huge boost to our operation and an overall cost savings.

Np problems we had Verizon and had nothing but problems, with Eroad  all the problems went away.

The software is easy to use. The customers support staff are great [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are great to work with.

Navigating Depot can be frustrating at times, it doesn't flow form section to section very well.

The EROAD unit it the truck is not very user friendly for writing up defects and communicating back and forth.

Very great experience with Eroad,  excellent customer service.

I like how easy it is to track a truck to find it quick.

For the portion I utilize, I find the results very useful. I can use certain screen prints to help coach drivers.

Easy to install and easy to use. They have a great support team that you can call and they will help if you do have any issues.

They even custom designed a software package for our light duty trucks and assets like skid steers and heavy equipment trailers and generators.

EROAD is a great system. I used a free trial here at our company and was quite impressed with the technology.

They are wonderful and always very willing to help.

The worst part, 1.5 years into the service, the customer service has plummeted.

Simplicity and reliability...Hands down the BEST. ELD installs in equipment with ease and setting up the device couldn't be easier.

If a driver accidentally puts their-self into a driving event it starts their clock. Sometimes it puts a driver in drive under 5 mph.

I like the ease of use and the ease of setting them up in semis.

Overall experience was great. I really enjoyed working with the sales team, and Soona their consultant.

I personally like the ease of use for Tax filing as well as our Maintenece Program.

I like the way it integrated with ODOT tax reporting and WMT/RUAF filing.

IFTA and lack of being able to search for BOL's.

But you will be forced to upgrade and will double charged every opportunity they have.

Eroad is a great company very helpful and informative. They have even helped with questions that do not pertain to eroad.

The customer support is second to none. Our ROI with idle savings and the ability to track driving habits and insure our drivers are operating safely is well worth the money.

Most of the competition now only offers web browser based systems that are often clunky and slower to load, plus many require costly subscriptions with cloud-only licensing schemes.

Can be difficult to navigate if not familiar with all areas.

No way to do a custom report to get limited information instead of a large, long report.

The overall use is Friendly to use and very helpful.

It is easy for employees to request work orders through the web portal. Support has been quick to respond and done there best to help with out software issues.

Pros: Ability to link parts and services with assets. Ease of finding history with parts and assets.

This is an excellent program with outstanding technical support and training by Manager Plus.

There is no way to try a demo, they just show it to you during a Turbo Meeting. There are no downtime reports.

Easy to use, easy to understand, visually nice and clean.

The sole purpose that Manager Plus was selected was due to its supposed ability to integrate with Sage 300.

Overall experience has been great. The software has allowed us to track costs and services that we have never had ability to before.

Manager Plus is an outstanding maintenance program which is easy to use. It includes all the necessary requirements for a successful preventative maintenance program.

Great service, great training, great overall software concept but there are some quirks.

It is very confusing trying to keep up with all the PM's because the reset date was always set off the completion date.

Since purchasing the software, no one from the Sage Integration Team responds to anything. We are paying for a product that doesn't do as  claimed.

Dealing with those who represent ManagerPlus has been difficult at times. The lack of response and a sense of urgency are lacking.

Poor knowledge of the industry and product on the implementation side of the company, and complete disconnect on the sales side of the company after they received their funds.

The customer support is terrible. They are slow and do not communicate well.

Great program and the customer support is wonderful.

Difficult to correct any set up mistakes after program has been populated.

Make it more user friendly and faster , that's it I have no more do not feel like writing a book what I like about it is here short and sweet.

Training was very through and really knows the product. Version Upgrades can be a pain.

We are just getting started and we are delighted with the ease of use.

I download to Excel and generate from there. It's disappointing that we pay for it and really are not able to utilize it.

My only complaint is I didn't find this product years ago for all the building and projects I have managed.

I like the view to see all the assets in one screen. I like the various dimensions that can be selected.
