No incentive was offered I have had this system for three weeks now and have not really had any issues with it other than some spotty coverage for live view but I am able to see the recordings once they upload to the dashboard. I was able to go with this one system in my fleet to monitor the drivers and cargo area versus having two separate systems for each before Eyeride. I did all of the installs myself and they took about 2 or 3 hours each while taking my time.
