M working on cancelling our account but the customer service is what ruining my relationship with FIXX.

There are two items of frustration. Creating reports in Fiix is a giant pain.

Helps to manage assets and schedules quite well. Tracking is simple  to use and nice and functional.

Fiix support seems to be very limited. For example, the search function in RFQs does not search the supplier, it is searching an address field, rendering it virtually useless.

I am impressed with the user friendliness of the software and the ability of it to cover a range of needs.

We use only a small portion of the software's capabilities. Does an excellent job for the cost.

An additional bonus with FIIX is that the support team is vey friendly and helpful in answering any questions and resolving any issues.

I liked how easy it was to create items within this system. This will be a great system for a new business, existing business or in our case, a rapidly expanding business.

They have also refused to refund monies we paid for training despite acknowledging that the training has not been done - which is just theft.

It is quite user friendly for a powerful tool which has been great when building out the Facility and officially implementing Fiix.

The software lays out the asset structure in an easy to use way. Keeps a great history on all work orders and changes made to assets.

Could be more integration between requester and manager. Some communication is lost after the work order is assigned.

Having the ability to have all information in one database is extremely important for our company during our audits. This product is very good.

We have had a great experience with Fiix and have seen an increase in up time and an increase in our preventative maintenance completion.

I love the cross-integration between my field technicians, accounting, and warehousing.

When used correctly by our facility staff, it is a great tool and will help us take better care of our properties and equipment.

Ease of use, Customer service, reports, etc. In fact the CMMS is really simple and efficient.

Migrating inventory data from one system to another was an epic failure. It ended up being useless data and all had to be re-entered.

I quit using Fiix about 4 months into our second year. Lots of time lost entering in the information sadly.

Graphical presentation was very poor, the way numbers are showing it required proper graphical representation with few colours.

I have enjoyed working with the reps at Fixx. Any time I have had questions either with technical support or licensing, they have been professional and courteous in answering.

Overall i like this plateform because is best reminder and CRM software.

The Customization of the software is quite extensive. Has an honest to goodness workflow that is concise and easy to follow.

System seems to freeze up a lot...  annoying when it happens and starting over means losing what you just typed.

It's going great - the ability to send people work orders to complete versus printing them out for them is super efficient.

Development team seems restricted on what they can and cannot do while finalizing the program for users.

I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.

It has been good it has helped us to keep better track of our machines and the work and cost that has been done to them.

Most important thing is customer support and I really like the customer support. Upkeep team is really active.

I can use it from my desk or on my app when I'm walking around the property, which makes it convenient. Everyone on the software can view the outstanding projects.

Easy for multi-shift operation and follow ups instead of copying lists and losing track of jobs. Integration and Training were amazing and very helpful.

Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.

It is excellent product for multi facility and has best API integrations opportunities.

Finally a truly simple yet thoughtful and very useful solution to keep track and manage maintenance on our different assets.

The best way to describe it is we operate as a team. Specifically want to recognize the customer support staff who helped me.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of learning the process from creating work orders to completion of the same.

UpKeep makes quite easy to get a good picture of the asset allocation thanks to the good level of the reports available.

Layout and design is great. The support team is awesome the few times I had to call note: my fault, nothing to do with the program.

Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.

When typing on a picture the default font is crazy. When someone updates notes - no one gets alerted.
