Cons: Difficult to make changes to transactions when closed....should be an easier way to override. For example when a parts order to a customer is billed...it doesnt allow you to make changes to the PO / Voucher unless the Parts Order to the customer is opened back up. After the project the billing is easy to perform after the quote has been created to job and the job is complete. Accounting wise this streamlines our invoicing getting is paid quicker which is the most important aspect of the business.
