Not a Friendly Company to Work with

overall my experience with nextraq is terrible due to poor customer service that speaks down to their customers and has a demeaning tone and choice of words.

PROS

Their tracking is okay but goes offline frequently.

CONS

There are many cons with Nextraq. first and foremost is their customer support is highly confrontational and demeaning. I do not enjoy reaching out to their support over the past. the software is lacking and needs updates.
