Pros/Cons
Pros
- On top of all the great tools this GPS system offers, the customer service was better than any customer service I have ever worked with. Lindsey was my rep and I feel like now we are good friends.
- Thanks for all that you do and the help that you have provided us. Because of this program, we have saved money in gasoline, labor, and insurance.
- GPS insight was super easy to set up, super easy to use, has so many features that are beneficial to a company, and is super affordable.
Cons
- Some GPS units will get lost and during that down time we cant track the route of the truck. And to be able to fix it the tech requires us to have the truck with us to trouble shoot it.
- The only problem I have experienced is one of the units came loose and was losing communication with the server.
- The fact the the tracking is not always use to find the driver but it can be used to get a driver into trouble for being in a location.
Pros
- This has worked pretty good. Some like their smart phones and others like to use the tablets installed in our trucks.
- Very good from first call and through onboarding. Customer service has been responsive and helpful.
- GPS tracking and engine measurements are easy to understand and can be used by almost anyone with minimal knowledge of the platform. The ease of downloading a report is amazing.
Cons
- I hate searching addresses or seeing how far away a tech is from their destination. It is hidden and hard to use.
- No integration, no app for carrier, delayed on tracking, not open customer service on weekends.
- Difficult to answer, we haven't found any major problems with the product yet.
