The product is extremely easy to use. A lot of the features are extremely helpful when it comes to fleet management, keeping track of vehicle, maintenance, and assisting drivers throughout their day by getting them to each stop and helping the sequence each day.

Great Company
10 out of 10. I view them as a valuable partner in my business. The team is great and [sensitive content hidden] is a great leader who I feel has our best interest at heart!
PROSI love the customer support team. They are always helpful. I never get off the phone with out my questioned answered.
CONSThat’s hard. I like everything. The only slightly negative I can give this team is I really liked the performance metrics that were free but now cost a lot. I wish they could have offered a pro-lite version that keep the performance metrics but didn’t have the payroll feature so that I could have kept that feature.

I like the customer service. I am always able to talk to someone when needed.
PROSThe tracking is a great feature. Also the digital hand sheets were a lifesaver.
CONSThe cost is a bit high for what i use it for

FedEx Ground contractor.
Ground cloud made it available to hire a driver with minimal experience and give him the ground cloud app on the tablet and he/she will deliver as if an experienced driver.
PROSThe map and navigation of this platform is important because my drivers can see every stop on the map and navigate to it in a second. The product is super easy to use. The integration processes with my ground cloud was extremely easy .
CONSWhat could improve is setting a time that a driver can not login for example: I tell my crew that the start time is 9am. It would be great if there would be a way for me to make ground cloud available only after 9am.
