No incentive was offered Hauler Hero has been life changing, truthfully. My scheduling gets done in minutes, not hours. My billing gets out the door, in most cases, the same day. The payments come in faster than ever before. I will say I don't have experience with any other hauling or dispatch software but I did my homework before we decided upon Hauler Hero, and I had other companies flat out tell me they wouldn't be able to provide us with the tools we were looking for or I had other company's trying to convince us their software was what we needed. Hauler Hero simply showed us how they operated and right from the start I knew it was what our company needed. Hauler Hero just gets it. And the part I love the most is that they are always working to improve and tailor it to their customer's needs. And if I ever need help? I can get my own personal customer success expert through phone or email almost instantly. Hauler Hero's customer service and support is unlike anything I have seen. You are never left alone or with your question unanswered. I could literally go on and on about Hauler Hero forever. I love so many things about Hauler Hero but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that I can now operate my roll off business on the go. Hauler Hero makes my job and my life easier. No more late nights or weekends in the office. If a schedule change comes in, I can just jump on my iPad at home, log into Hauler Hero and make the change so quickly from the comfort of my own home. Hauler Hero saves me so much time and paper! #### Cons I honestly cannot really think of anything that I dislike about Hauler Hero. Hauler Hero is constantly working on improving and bettering their software based off their customer's needs. So, there have been a couple features that I have felt Hauler Hero might have lacked especially since we are using it for strictly Roll Off Dumpsters, but I just make a request with my Customer Success Expert and the feature is usually up and running in no time. How amazing is that!? #### Reasons for choosing Hauler Hero Hauler Hero just seemed to have exactly what we were looking for. And they were willing to alter things to service us. We are one of the first HH customers. At it's inception, we pressured them to launch our company probably a little sooner than they would have liked, but they made it happen. We had a few bumps in the beginning, but they quickly addressed and resolved every issue. So much so that the [sensitive content hidden] was overseas for a wedding and helped us get a route issue resolved in the middle of the night to ensure we had smooth operations. They have continued to improve the software and increase efficiency within our business with every improvement. The customer service our company provides is the best in the region largely due to our software. We don't miss stops, photos at stops without cans, reliable payment portal, and tablet control is a large factor that sets us apart from our competition. We attended the waste expo in Las Vegas and ran our business the entire week with our tablet. Our customers had no idea we were out of town. We had zero issues, collected payments, addressed service issues, and sent information to our trucks all from our Microsoft Surface Pro. We have very high expectations and demand excellence from our employees and vendors. Over the last 19 months Hauler Hero has become the premier Waste Hauler software. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros HH has gone above and beyond to assist our company with all facets of the business. Our goal is to establish a system that allows our customers to manage the account without having to call the office. Utilizing the features of HH has increased our route efficiency, billing, payments, and reduced our office man hours drastically. The price of the software is saved 10 fold with increased customer service and reduced man hours of labor. On the customer service side, any issue that we have ever had, they are quick to respond and get results. We have never had a single day of down time with HH. #### Cons It is difficult to express any cons, as the company continues to make improvements when a "con" is discussed. We have been with HH since they started and, in the beginning, there was a few rough patches, but they worked diligently to improve the software and make all of the adjustments needed. No incentive was offered As a business owner, I strongly encourage other companies to think carefully before signing with Hauler Hero. Upon the sale of our company, they chose to enforce the remainder of our annual contract, even though our business is being completely sold and we will no longer be using their services. While I understand honoring contracts, it’s disappointing that Hauler Hero would take advantage of a transition period instead of working with their long-term client in good faith. Enforcing six months of service we will never use is not only poor customer care — it’s a reflection of priorities that value policy over partnership. To other garbage or service companies considering Hauler Hero: be aware that if you sell or restructure your business, Hauler Hero will still hold you financially responsible for the remaining contract, regardless of circumstances. I hope this review encourages Hauler Hero to reflect on their practices and reconsider how they treat businesses that trusted them in the first place. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 1/5 - Customer support: 1/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros That customers were able to login online and make their payments as well as employees to be able to use the GPS feature complete their stops #### Cons Well, there were multiple bugs and promises of things that were added to the app, after a year and a half of using this company the promises were never fulfilled. Whenever we brought these promises up, it was like they never even heard about it. We were told that we would have text message billing available in fall of 2024 then in January 2025. It is almost November 2025 and it is still not available. I spoke with the software developer or who he claimed to be and he had said he had never heard of this about seven months ago. He said that he liked the idea and that he was going to bring it up. #### Reasons for choosing Hauler Hero We chose Hauler hero because of their ease of customer service in the beginning.
