Planner offers two pricing tiers; Standard and Premium. Both plans include unlimited route optimizations & personalized customer support. Monkey: €19/vehicle/month for unlimited optimizations, real-time vehicle tracking, the Drivers App, and email support. Gorilla: €39/vehicle/month for Monkey + PoD, Custom fields, API integration, extended support Premium: €49/vehicle/month for all of the features of the Gorilla plan plus real-time traffic information, and premium support.

Big time saver for small delivery routes
Great software that saves my team lots of time. Easy recommendation as it's user-friendly and constantly being improved.
PROSCreating a route can take a few minutes and makes driving to make deliveries efficient. Customer support is quick to respond and donated use of the software to front-line workers. We now pay for the software to do pharmacy deliveries as it's made things a lot better (tracking and route optimization)
CONSNo regional restrictions. Searching by address would be faster if city or province restrictions were in place. When inputting an address, it search globally cause delays in data entry.

Distribution route optimization
Implementation was easy and fast to settle and we improve our financial kpi by using less vehicles.
PROSIs easy to use and the team has learned to use very fast and drivers do not need to handle it. Good customer service and technical support.
CONSCould be great have more kpi dashboards to follow performance.

Planner works to optimize in the easiest way
it helps our business to grow, automate the planification process and helps my team spend time on more important things than planning. The best thing is that their team it`s always there to help if you have any doubt
PROSThe support is so good and personal, it`s easy to learn and use, and help us to make more deliveries in less time
CONSI miss some KPI dashboards. For now, I can only see some metrics of each driver but maybe a bigger report that encompasses the results of our drivers

the process of uploading information in beetrack is very complex and the geolocation isn't the best, also the price is better and the personalized attention.

Good.
PROSThe planner help me organize our daily routes and the tracker help us track each driver.
CONSIf we could add the value of the products in each truck it will help a lot.
