I love the simplicity and ease of use costumer service is great.

Currently we can no longer add files to the system. There seems to be some disconnect in what ITS dispatch sales offers and what the system can actually do.

Limited in the necessary load entry data and very limited in the drivepay options.

There is no support available for problems on weekends. Bill of Ladings need to be more customizable.

Pros: Products is wonderfully easy to use and the integration with Internet Truckstop is a nice feature to have. Other features such as the dashboard give a good read of where things are at a glance.

It is easy to use and provides the info need to make decisions.

I like being able to see who clicks on our loads so I can follow up with them to see if they have questions.

My overall experience has been great using this service.I keep my trucks loaded with the best market rates available.

ITS has been a good product for us. We do not use it to its full capability but have been happy with the parts we use.

I like  the fact that I can enter all my loads and organize my billing all in one place.

I initially went with ITS Dispatch because of the Truckstop brand however now I’m regretting my decision. They have not put forth the effort to maintain the system.

Great software that is easy to work with. Customer service is great at answering any questions.

Simple and still comprehensive. We like all the integrations that make it easy to plug into other things.

No easy way to pay truck owner and driver without complicated maneuvering. There is NO way for you to self upload FUEL into system.

The navigation of the administrators webpage is super easy. I can quickly and easily find messages or logs or documents.

I love how easy this product is for my to drivers to use. Even my drivers who are not use to using electronics, catch on very quickly.

Once you are sold the ELD's you will be billed wrong amounts- trying to correct it or return eld's is almost impossible-  you will wait then they will hang up.

I like that this program is easy to use. Prior to our Company switching to a different program that integrated with our Company radios, and GPS, our drivers used KeepTruckin.

If you have to have and ELD this one is a good choice for the ease of reporting, inspection mode, compliance, customer service.

This company is being very unfair to their clients. We end up buying two systems (ELDs) for same truck just because of their system limitations and they will not refund for the extra system.

Sometimes there is a bad lag and it takes awhile to load.

Support has been very responsive and moved quickly to resolve issues. The price is affordable and provides good value for the money.

It is a quite simple software to be used like any other.

The support team always gets back with you if you have any questions, are having issues with the software and everyone has always been professional, helpful, and has good knowledge of the software.

This has been a super easy transition. It's easy for the drivers and easy for me to track and keep up with my drivers.

But ease of use, ease of installation, ease of getting data. We were using another companies product at at least twice the cost and more difficult to use.

I have found KeepTruckin to be the best overall. Its ease of use and the information it provides makes it an excellent choice for any company.

After the ELD was mandatory by the federal government, had to implement something. KeepTruckin seemed to be the best choice.

It is very user friendly compared to other products I have inquired about and heard through other drivers. Im glad is isnt a hard wired system like some others.

The problems we faced were similar to any other driver. HOS problems, keeping track of freight , maintenance on the vehicles.

Their app IS helping me keep my trucks compliant and legal. When I DO need support both the response and turnaround time are awesome.

Integration was easy along with setup. Excellent tutorials and customer support staff.

Lastly, the KeepTruckin Dashcams are a wonderful feature that has provided us great footage for situations we need to see.

Good experience, whenever I’ve had an issue customer service has solved it in a timely manner.

It's very good at tracking and for running reports for your need taxes and keeping everything in one easy to access place.

It tracks mileage and fmcsa required breaks with ease. The price is also reasonable for the price.

Drawing reports can be complicated and clunky. In particular selecting date values is irritating.

Upon realizing that their product is of no use to us they refused to give us our money back.

Almost seamless in operation with great support from the support staff. The PDF logs are great for tax reporting and everything I need is available while driving.

When we first went live with the software, we received a bad bunch of devices; however they rectified the situation as quickly as they could.

Otherwise, he did not mention any changed on my previous contract, but the price. I regret to sign it because I was completely deceived by him.

I was charged $600 without my authorization for service I didn't want to renew. And they never reimbursed me for it.

The dashcam works great too. Both the back-office portal and the driver app are very intuitive.

FIND ANOTHER- BILLING IS A SCAM- CUSTOMER SUPPORT AWFUL AFTER SALE IS COMPLETE.

It’s been pretty easy dealing with Keeptruckin. Prices have been good & any issues with equipment has been resolved in a timely manner.

Since proving that it was a problem with their product they haven't bothered to try and solve the problem.
