- if you have any issue at all good luck getting someone, only chat box is available and they have little to no answers, typical corporate stuff like dodge the actual question and make you ask it in 10 different ways to get an answer.
- Servicem8 has some great features like online booking, text message reminders, managing jobs with staff, etc.
- ServiceM8 as a CRM is great. But I really do not appreciate a company that doesn't look out for their customers and doesn't use fair and normal business practices to solve problems.
