Other than the ease of implementation and use, which by itself is already worth forking out the money to use this as a company's CMMS tool, their customer support is just next level.

Need offline access, shouldn't sign out on mobile so often.

I still struggle with setting up the maintenance intervals with regards to hour metre readings. I have not seen an entry for periodic hour metre registering to keep track of the next schedule.

There is no offline version, for it to work you have to be online - something i am sure they are working to do though.

The software is great and the customer support even better.

Limble offers per-user licensing but also has a per-asset model that worked well for us. The web interface works well and it is easy to make, access, complete, and comment on work orders and PM tasks.

The best part about LimbleCMMS is their support team. I know I can call them and have a timely response with a fix to a bug or help with a new feature.

It has a simple design but lots of functionality. Particularly I like the ease of use and how quickly you can find things with the excellent search function.

Easy to add in assets, across multiple sites, with all the data columns you need - you build this as you need, the same deal with spare parts.

Limble has an excellent interface that is easy to use along with robust features for managing and scheduling maintenance.

The drag and drop functions can be a bit hard to adapt to.

Helps a lot with our maintenance team ans we easily integrated our a step by step procedures in the PM's.

It is user friendly and allows remote access to our daily tasks. It provides a path to check our previous work tasks with ease which in turn reduces down time on the machines.

KPIs are comprehensive and easy to understand. I also easily trained my team to integrate the system into their workflows without bogging them down.
