Best software that I’ve used to complete my task of everything there is to do in this business of being in a limo company business.

Everything dispatching fleet management and most of all customer service.

Nothing at all. I cannot write anything bad about Moovs there are no cons to it. I love it

The entire team has been incredibly receptive to suggestions for fixing bugs, while proactively soliciting input for new features. It has been rewarding to make a suggestion and see it integrated within the system only weeks later. I have had regular contact with their [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] as well as software developers. They are genuinely interested in making the best software application that the transportation industry has ever seen. I have made the transition to use Moovs exclusive and do not regret the decision to make the transition. They are a modern tool developed for the modern transportation company. Moovs was built from the ground up and is completely rethinking the workflow from quote generation to reservation booking through customer billing. The system uses an intuitive modern interface for both back-end administrators as well as customers on the front-end. The product continues to grow and become more and more powerful every week. As a small business owner/operator, my office is wherever I am. I love the fact that I can answer the phone call for a prospective new client while waiting for an incoming aircraft and be able to set up the quote from my iPad in seconds. I have used another product that does not work as well on an iPad and takes longer to get to the quote phase.

It is hard to say anything that I like least about Moovs. I understood while signing up to be a beta user that there might be bugs. There were, however, the development team very eagerly asked for feedback and quickly fixed any issues brought to their attention.

I like the ease of use and how user friendly it is

Not being able to create PDFs of reservations, not being able to create manifests for large group reservations. This software is great if you are a small operator.

Exceptional. They are driven to create and supply and continue to improve an outstanding reservation and ride management platform while supporting small operators. The function is terrific, their service unparalleled.

Being a new company in private transportation (limousine style of transportation), and pushing the envelope in our niche it is on another level to have the service and support that Moovs offers. They are frequently releasing updates to improve features, sending out tutorial videos on how to use improvements, and receptive of feedback or 'how do you suggest we do...' types of questions - which they always have an option for now, and an improvement on the board for future releases. They truly are an extension of our team. They often ask if we can give them feedback on function and visual appeal of what they are working on, which is amazing to be valued as part of their team, too.

They have a bit of a redesign rolling out soon that is going to fix some of the items that are a little difficult to navigate at the moment, or take multiple clicks or screens to get to, but that is going to be fixed.

Just a great simple product to use to stay on top of my business and will grow as I grow. From past experience, I know that something that looks simple and easy to use is often quite detailed behind the curtain. They do a great job.

My overall experience with the Moovs team has been note worthy. Customer service is awesome. Using this software I have consolidated my communication, scheduling, billing and payment tasks. The automated rate quotes saves my time having to map the route and apply fares. Everything is at my fingertips from the application. I should also mention the flight tracking feature. This allows me to watch my passenger’s flights and arrive early so they don’t have to wait on me.

The design of the desktop and customer widget is simple and logical. From my desktop, tablet or iPhone I find that creating quotes, making reservations and billing customers very easy. The branded customer widget allows my clients an efficient way to schedule their trips knowing that they are communicating with me and not someone else. I also like the fact that this software resides in the cloud. There is no software to download or update on my devices.

There’s room for improvements with customization of extra charges that can be automatically attached to specific transfer types. Right now these need to be added manually.

Overall, moovs is the best limo software you can get. Their prices are reasonable, they are not trying to overcharge you like limo anywhere, and they are not outdated like book rides. Within time, moovs will continue to improve and probably become a superior product compared to other software companies.

Honestly, most of the limo softwares out there are complete trash. They either overcharge like limo anywhere or they are outdated and have a lack of customer service support. Moovs provides that and the best part is I can always send a text message to someone at moovs and they respond in a timely manner! They are also quick to fix any issues or problems on the software.

Honestly, they should offer more customizable features when it comes to charging the clients. The deadmilage charge is good only if you have a party bus or larger vehicle. If they could offer an alternative option like charging by the minute it would be a whole lot better. For a small business like myself utilizing subcontractors, and not having an official lot where I park my vehicles I find dead mileage useless. Additionally, deadmilage either overcharges on short fares or long fares and the why I run my company I don't believe in over charging the client.

Excellent! The entire staff top to bottom care and show it! They are responsive and honest if they can or cannot help. Again breath of fresh air feeling and attitudes even when there are things we need to get changed.

As with any software there are a few quirks to work through mainly to customize for our use/clients.

I have been using moves for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Their support team is always quick to address my concerns. The one thing I like most about Moovs is their willingness to listen to user feedback and make an honest effort to make my requests a reality. The only thing that I have found missing is a mobile app. My service are has internet dead zones and to have access to passenger information off line would be very helpful.

Overall Moovs is a very great software and I love using it everyday. I love how fast the team responds to my team if needed. I can't wait to see what features come in the future.

I love how easy the software is to learn, and user-friendly. It has some very helpful features such as the chat, driver payouts, the automatic pricing and so many more.

A few features could be added. I would love to see a map when someone submits a quote, just like there is one when they have a reservation. I think this would help us out a lot. We have time minimums so I think It would be great when a customer goes to put in a quote they have to put the time minimum for that day.

The difference from *LA* is night & day, we see the light and left a Antiquated 20 year old system of night that’s a mess, to a day light that is bright and useful comparatively LA is DOS & Moovs is WINDOWS

I am realizing just how important a centralized reservation,confirmation & driver tracker is to my customers. I used text messaging alone before trying Moovs. As I learn how to use Moovs it becomes more obvious how important having a professional platform plays into a customers trust in your company. There is not enough space for all the great things I have to say about customer service. They are so accommodating that I’m starting to feel guiltyand they stick with me until they know I understand it.

I don’t like the large amount of space above the calendar.
