Pros/Cons
Pros
- The price is affordable and below other competitors prices for product of its kind. I've been a user of KeepTruckin for over 3 years and I am satisfied.
- Almost seamless in operation with great support from the support staff. The PDF logs are great for tax reporting and everything I need is available while driving.
- I love that I can send the customer a link and let them know exactly where the driver is. I love the ability to get a response or a copy of a needed video rather quickly.
Cons
- The problems we faced were similar to any other driver. HOS problems, keeping track of freight , maintenance on the vehicles.
- Drawing reports can be complicated and clunky. In particular selecting date values is irritating.
- This company is being very unfair to their clients. We end up buying two systems (ELDs) for same truck just because of their system limitations and they will not refund for the extra system.
Pros
- I would highly recommend Truckbase to anyone looking to improve and expand their company and improve profits.
- Truckbase and their support team have been excellent to work with. Their quick response to feedback is impressive.
- Overall, I love using Truckbase and working with their team. I feel like we are not just another sale, that we and our opinions matter to them.
Cons
- My only complaint would be that some addresses are incorrect, or there's multiples of the same location (user error) and I'm not able to delete the ones that are wrong/we don't need.
- The only current negative I have, and I know they are working on, is the access from a phone.
- No training videos available, you need to call/email and wait for response. Everything takes forever, and not too much organized.
