Pros/Cons
Pros
- Almost seamless in operation with great support from the support staff. The PDF logs are great for tax reporting and everything I need is available while driving.
- I have found KeepTruckin to be the best overall. Its ease of use and the information it provides makes it an excellent choice for any company.
- I was so happy when we started using KeepTruckin and I am confident that it will only get better as we start to integrate more of its features into our business practices.
Cons
- The problems we faced were similar to any other driver. HOS problems, keeping track of freight , maintenance on the vehicles.
- Drawing reports can be complicated and clunky. In particular selecting date values is irritating.
- This company is being very unfair to their clients. We end up buying two systems (ELDs) for same truck just because of their system limitations and they will not refund for the extra system.
Pros
- Excellent software for chemical control taking into account good manufacturing practices and ISO standards. It allows to have the information in the cloud, updates towards the day-to-day trends.
- I use this software to keep track of all the hazardous materials in our lab. It's great at organizing your inventory and the accessibility of the GHS SDS is a great advantage.
- Great experience and I love working with the VelocityEHS team.
Cons
- It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.
- Functionality can be difficult to understand and apply to individual business needs. Often there is a lack of support materials specific to the issue being encountered.
- I have yet to find anything about this software that would warrant a negative comment.
