My opinion


Good customer support when is needed. Simple and basic


Reporting need a lot of improvement, Not clear picture of drivers productivity or things we need to change in a way to improve service. Orders Assignment need to improved IOS version of the App not there Dashboards need a lot of improvements Very basic system

Reasons for choosing nGage

We offer delivery services since 1992 and we waned to go in more advance solution and try to enhance our services and utilize our fleet. We chose nGage because of the cost and was something new for us.

We really appreciate your feedback. It helps us improve our provided features to meet our partners' needs. We had a discussion with our engagement, product and data teams regarding your concerns. Regarding drivers' iOS mobile app, It's currently in the testing phase. It will be available soon. Regarding the dashboard and reports, we understand that each one of our clients has different reporting requirements so we included the most common reports and heat maps in our dashboard and our data team creates customized reports using an advanced data analytics platform as requested by each client. Our team is currently developing your required customized report and they shall be discussing that with you in the upcoming meetings. Please feel free to reply back for any inquiry.
