  • Ease of use and functionality. It has the ability to scale with the size of your organization.
  • Clean user interface and easy to use software.
  • Cons

  • So far the only problems I have encountered were of my own making.
  • When marking as failed, should have a choice of reasons or somewhere to type as to why delivery failed.

  • Easy scan in and scan out of parcels and quick notifications.
  • This is a cost-effective and great product, I highly recommend it.

  • We have some issues where if the device goes offline for a few moments residents wont receive their QR code.
  • It sometimes sends double notifications and shows as two parcels to collect which can lead to confusion/ allegations etc.
