Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • Customer notifications and tracking is outstanding. Address memory is convenient and the routing is great, very accurate.
  • Also, I love how I can import addresses from our orders on Shopify and then see the locations all at once on the map. The app is great and easy to use for the drivers as well.
  • However, some deliveries require additional time. This is an amazing piece of software that we are extremely happy to incorporate into our fundraiser drive.
  • Cons

  • Our drivers have had no to very little experience with the app crashing or not working for them.
  • I think 2 drivers should be included per level of subscription. We used to use the email and text message function but found they were often blocked as spam and so now do our own notifications.
  • Operationally this biggest problem is hours worked does not include implant and explant that would apply to any driver.

  • Pros

  • Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.
  • We were really excited about the features in quickbase, particularly the ability to edit columns and other fields after databases were initially created.
  • It can integrate with other tools such as excel, salesforce and others that help with making work super easy for us managers.
  • Cons

  • Conversion and data migration took a while, not because of QuickBase but because of how horridly "dirty" the data were on the sales management side.
  • If a server goes down, all work has to stop. The same thing stops if it's overloaded.
  • It takes a lot of clicks to get somewhere. A minor issue really, but I find it irritating to have to 10 things to get what I want because the search function isn't particularly sensitive.
