Pros/Cons
Pros
- The OptimoRoute system is suitable for our small company and will easily expand with our business as we grow. We have been impressed by the system's flexibility with access to a mobile application.
- Based on the basics of what I need to accomplish with the program, it works great. I am very happy with it and would recommend it if ever asked.
- However, some deliveries require additional time. This is an amazing piece of software that we are extremely happy to incorporate into our fundraiser drive.
Cons
- Our drivers have had no to very little experience with the app crashing or not working for them.
- I think 2 drivers should be included per level of subscription. We used to use the email and text message function but found they were often blocked as spam and so now do our own notifications.
- Operationally this biggest problem is hours worked does not include implant and explant that would apply to any driver.
Pros
- Its seamless integration and ease to input multiple locations and I really love that there is an app to actually monitor several drivers to know where they all are.
- The overall experience has been very good. Customer service is very responsive we like that part the most.
- Awesome app very good for our industry when we load between 100 and 500 addresses into iy.
Cons
- Google Maps integration was imperfect, missing the actual destination by several blocks in more than one case.
- And I no longer have the emails that were automatically sent because I changed devices and lost some info along the way.
- It frustrates me on a regular basis when it just erases my completed stops therefore I have to take the time it was originally saving me to figure out what's been completed and what has not.
