Using this software without problems

Pros

I liked this product since first day when I saw demo. The most convenient thing in this product is the connection between dispatcher and courier directly. The courier has its own mobile application for this.

Cons

A couple of times there were technical problems in the system, but they were quickly eliminated - within half an hour. So I didn't feel it.
