SSES has consumers that are referred daily; it is our job to find in what catchment area the consumer lives and assign to the correct case manager. This process used to take me double the amount of time before ScribbleMaps was implemented. Before we were using paper maps, with colored pencil boarders! Cons: Mapping out the original catchment area was probably my least favorite BUT that is not against the software. ScribbleMaps is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
