Before I was doing it all manually, which was really taking up a lot of my time. - I like that the app tracks mileage and I can see where they are on the maps and feel more confident as an employer. - The customer service is always the best! The reports can be downloaded to excel and then easily managed. #### Cons Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to convince a new employee we aren't tracking them all over the place. There is a little bit of a learning curve to learning how to use this, but [sensitive content hidden] has been fantastic with making sure that I have been set up with knowledge of how to do everything and is always available to answer questions I have. #### Cons There's a little bit of a learning curve to it. I have one employee, and there have been a couple times the mileage didn't track, or that they thought they had clocked out, but were still logged in. However, I am not sure if that is a user error or has to do with the app. #### Reasons for choosing Timeero I had used Quickbooks Time in the past and was familiar with it. No incentive was offered Overall, Timeero has been hugely helpful in keeping accurate records of who worked at which job site on which day, and for how long. This has helped us track labor more accurately and decrease the amount of time we're unable to bill for because of lack of proper documentation. Our crew isn't particularly comfortable with computers, apps, and such, but they had no problem learning how to clock in and out, choose job sites, and add notes. It's made our payroll processing and client billing more accurate and easy to follow, which has made all of our jobs (admin team) much easier to track and navigate. They also have milage tracking as an option, but for now we focus more on using the gps locations to confirm the guys are clocking in/out at the right job sites. We have had some issues with the guys being unable to login to their account or their time not being tracked properly, but this has been more due to user error than anything else. But the times I have needed help, [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent about working with me to find a solution to our issues. I work remotely so I'm 3 hours ahead of our crew, but [sensitive content hidden] has always responded to my questions in a timely manner and has been great about following up with me to make sure everything is working smoothly. I also really like that the app is available in Spanish for the guys in our crew who find it easier to navigate in Spanish than in English. #### Cons At the moment I don't have any specific things I dislike about the app. My main issues have been with getting our non-tech inclined crew in the habit of using the app on a regular basis. With people working alone in the field monitor my employees hours is impossible. It’s a delivery service, they are working alone so I need the GPS to track their mls & hours by location, easy clock in & out, to view where they are, and input into QB. All that is there and available. I have been using google calendar for years for scheduling so I was excited to use Timeero calendar but it wasn’t as easy. #### Cons All the features are available but do they work. Lots of Android Compatibility issues. My android user gets booted off the app & it has never been able to track her miles. I’m on tech support more than not. Everything could use improvement. I find that I’m working too hard to integrate this timecard into my workforce & having difficulty getting my employees to comply because of the trouble they are having.
