Before I was doing it all manually, which was really taking up a lot of my time. - It has also increased accuracy in payroll processing and makes it easier to review hours with the guys when they have questions about their hours and pay. - Overall, Timeero has been hugely helpful in keeping accurate records of who worked at which job site on which day, and for how long. ### Most mentioned cons - The glitches.. not tracking mileage for some employees.. The reports can be downloaded to excel and then easily managed. #### Cons Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to convince a new employee we aren't tracking them all over the place. It doesn't require that they are tracked 100% of the time which eliminates them having to designate a drive as personal or business. The customer service is exceptional. They are always available whenever I reach out. They are prompt to answer my questions and are always polite. I have worked with [sensitive content hidden] They are both promptly available, knowledgeable, and kind. #### Cons There are several features that I didn't know were Premium features when I was demoing Timeero. When they went away it was very frustrating to come up with a work around. I would like the 1099 Contract Employee timesheets to be easier to upload and sync with Gusto. We do not use all of the features Timeero offers but it fulfills all of our needs. My favorite feature is the customer service. Being able to speak to a representative or chat with a rep without having first to deal with an AI Bot is priceless. I also appreciate that they do not send you a bunch of articles and want you to figure it out for yourself. It is a huge timesaver just to have someone help you and be done with it. The mapping while driving is great and the onsite movements with breadcrumbs is fantastic. #### Cons I cannot break out on the job time from driving time, which as a union contractor, it is required. One of the only apps we were able to find that breaks jobs down the way we needed it to for taxes. A huge plus is if there is ever any issues or we have any questions the Timeero team is very responsive and helpful! I recently had an issues with 2 apps configuring and Ashleigh had it figured out in no time at all. #### Cons Sometimes there are issues with mileage tracking. We have had an issue where we go to look back at mileage from a previous day and realize it stopped tracking at some point so it is no longer accurate. #### Vendor response Thank you for taking the time to share your experience!
