None that I have figured out today, about as bad as Mcleod.

So far the only complaints I have got from my techs is having to hit the post button every time they do something.

TMW makes dispatching so easy with it's ability to streamline the paperwork and order entry process. It has helped tremendously.

I like that it is easy to track not only the trailers but drivers as well.

They offer a hosted solution and have an *expensive* but semi integrated add on CRM module. Most legacy users are still server/premise based however.

The customer support, over the years they have been consistently great. When we need support they are there.

This program is very time consuming and aggravating to use. It often rejects commands for reasons that make no sense.

Every other aspect of this is bad. It takes users a year to learn it.

Easy to use once you have worked with it for a little bit. Can be used for multiple things needed for logistics management.

Easy user interface, straight forward, no bugs or glitches, TMW does everything I need it to to complete my work.

Makes tracking safety related issues very easy as well.

TMW is great software for all your transportation needs.

The UI is confusing, boring, and does nothing to lead a dispatcher from one logical point to another.

The support team is great to work with. Good software, with ease of use.

No back button when the person who is manually moving the drivers and equipment gets a little to quick on the buttons.

It’s made to make you Serve it. If you small operating company with small amount of fleet, and if its priced right for you, I would recommend it.

They have made the software too cumbersome, click back and forth through several windows for parts orders and work orders. I have been using software since 1997 and this is the worst.

I like being able to see what I have on hand in my inventory along with how much cost it is. It's nice to be able and see what tech is working on what unit live time also.

I have been in thetranportation industry for over 30 years worst system ever used. Way too many pop ups and the speed is seriously slow trying to keep up.

No open API, so really difficult to integrate with anything.

My experience with TMW Systems,it's good,i like the support and consulting that he have with the customers.

It also connects with multiple loadboards, so our trucks get exposed to a lot of market place, easier for dispatch to get loads.

Very user friendly great ability to use over mult platforms. No glitches frequently updated and always is relaible.

If each load has only three stops you have to enter times and dates in 12 different times. This adds up to lost revenue having to pay for all that time adds up at the end of the year.

I like that TMW allows easy access to search previous orders and copy existing to streamline paperwork.

Never a problem always great program any user issues are quickly solved and resolved.

Pros for  workwave,is that it's  very user friendly and it helps me put mu drivers in a successful position routing wise.

It can handle a huge workload of orders and the available customization options for order attributes and the display interface help to streamline the user experience.

The on-boarding team and support have been great and helped us get ramped up fast.

I have had great technical support every time I have reached out for help. Now, with their question analyst it is easy to get an answer even faster.

Being able to put in customer receiving windows is absolutely stunning.

It has been a great improvement to our daily operation.

The most helpful and cost saving is that WW saves me 8 + hours each and every week I use it.

By using this software I was able to better serve my clients and greatly improve my driver's day. The software was easy to use, customizable and not expensive for all it was able to do.

The best thing I like about this product is the functionality of it. It gives you the ability to manage multiple routes and multiple drivers.

Functionality could improve but customer service is GREAT.

The customer support is very responsive and helpful. API is easy to integrate.

Overall a positive experience. Has been incredibly intuitive to learn the ins and outs of the program, and have not had issues with glitches or bugs.

We can build spreadsheet with all the data of our routes which we enjoy very much. Ability to put shift duration restrictions on how much time a unit can be utilized for.

With a bunch of failures from the software and looking unprofessional infront of several customers,I decided to go with Gorilla Desk. Workwave is continuing to hold me to the contract, that is fine.

Competitors had similar features, albeit more difficult to use in some cases. Ultimately for what we needed, the price was the determining factor by around 25% per vehicle.

Easy to use, easy to deploy and competitive pricing. API helps with integration.

And I am very upset that they tricked me to sign up for a year. Now I am paying a full year and they know from day one that it does not work for me.

I don't like that the GPS takes you to coordinates instead of the address. Has not been a big problem, just more of an annoyance.

The webinars are good, the site info is brilliant. The training videos could be used for us to download for internal training though.

The driver application is easy to use for our drivers and having the ability to get photos or BOL's/ issues/ setback and signatures is super helpful.

One major caveat is the inability to move orders between territories.

I love how you are able to integrate both the tracking and the orders and POD all in one software.

Workwave has been extremely helpful for me, my old routing software use to take me 2hrs plus to complete my routing process.

Frustrating and disappointing with no improvements in sight.

Finding this software was a dream come true. The ease of use and the route optimization saved me money and time.

Very poor customer service and faulty product.

They are a fantastic company to work with. Not only do they have wonderful customer service, but they are always on top of new technology changes to ensure their application is one of the best.
