If not TripSpark then who. Long term user of Trapeze. Software that gives exactly what you need

I wouldn't trade tripSpark for anything else. I am completely satisfied.

Move to Automation

Pros

Since moving to a cloud-based paratransit scheduling software the Transit team has been able to receive timely updates and responses during system outages. The TripSpark Customer Care team is responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

Not really a least, but moving from a manual to automated system was hard for the team.
