It has helped me a lot. I save more time and make less errors. Ratings Breakdown 3 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 4 Functionality Pros: It helps to keep track of the loads and decreases the time that I spend invoicing and making driver settlements. Cons: It’s not easy to use. When you make a mistake, then you usually have to start over. Basically don’t make any mistakes or you will be wasting extra time for sure going back over what you worked on before you made the mistake. I also don’t like how we don’t have the option to include or exclude information on settlements, customer load number doesn’t automatically generate on the invoice portion, the commodity portion doesn’t automatically generate on invoices and these are all things that I have to manually type in. Keeping track of all your past and upcoming jobs for dispatch has become a breeze. And learning the system was as easy as an in-person meeting and then playing with the system. Cons: The two things I found, was corrected by the truckbase team immediately with one phone call. And with their immediate response it's better than previous systems or programs. Cons: No training videos available, you need to call/email and wait for response. Everything takes forever, and not too much organized. They offer 30 minute sessions, then they send you a recording of the session. That’s all you can use. Other companies offer: chat, customer service, on-site training, FAQs…just to name a few. I found that their product was one of the only ones on the market that had an easy to use platform, good value for the price, and the AI PDF importer. I save so much time by not having to hand type everything from my rate confirmations into TruckBase. If a RC does not read properly, I can send it over to support for it to be "trained". They are proactive in getting things right for the customer. The team updates you when they are having updates or any bugs in the system that slow it down. TruckBase consistently checks in on the company to make sure that we are satisfied with their product. The possibilities seem endless with what TruckBase has the ability to do. We are a smaller company with less than 20 drivers, mostly owner-operators. Cons: I wish the AI PDF importer was able to use from handheld devices or my iPad. Truckbase has literally saved us 20 plus hours per week in duplicate tasks, order entry, dispatching, billing, etc. The driver scan feature allows us to invoice almost immediately once the load is delivered, speeding up cash flow up to a full 7 days on loads that deliver on Mondays. The software and app are very user-friendly, allowing smooth implementation even with our older, less tech-savvy drivers. Customer service is superb in making sure we are satisfied, fixing/helping us through any issues that arise, and asking for suggestions on improvements. And they are constantly innovating. 2 updates with very useful features have come out in the less than 2 months we have been using the software. Trucking Hub was a little cheaper but didn't have all the features like integrations quite rolled out yet and the developer was wearing all the hats.
