Versatrans is great for routing students, managing daily routes, student data recording, vehicle maintenance managemtn and much much more.

Versatrans is capable of solving all of school bus management needs.

It is expensive compared to other school bus software.

This software was very versatile which was nice, it could do pretty much all of the functions we needed it to do VS having to have multiple different software's. The general layout and look of the program feels basic and outdated but otherwise once I learned it, it was fairly easy to use.

This software is intimidating at first but then once you use it daily it fairly easy

We use this daily in our operation and have for many years--as a school district. It is more complicated that it needs to be, but we unfortunately will not be changing any time soon as it is time consuming and costly to change.

Functionally, it is just OK as a routing program. Certainly it does everything that it needs to do, as long as you know what you are doing.

I feel the program is clunky and single dimensional--meaning, it can seemingly only do a single task, as you have to close out windows to get into other parts. The program is a little more expensive annually than it's competitors. Support has something to be desired.

Everything went well the first 6 mos then began receiving bills for data updates

After implementation there were many hidden expenses to maintain

Product is very informative. Helps track students' locations.

The interface is not the easiest to figure out.
