I've used Wintac for a couple of years, it is a great all in one product that I'd recommend for any lawn or landsaping business large or small.

They were helpful for the most part however if you did not have a service plan you would be forced to purchase one to have your issue resolved.

Nice integration and the support has been unmatched.

Since Davisware software company has purchased them the support is horrible. We will not be renewing our maintenance next year with them and we will not recommend their software to anyone.

We also love the customer service. They’re very knowledgeable and helpful.

It has been a good overall experience, and I have recommended this software to others.

When we first got it it was nice to have our accounting and dispatch software in the same place. It made sense to just have Wintac do it all.

Spent thousands for a software that simply is awful the salesman mislead us just to get a sale very difficult to use in house and for my techs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

However, as most of us use Macs, the lack of support for that operating system is disappointing.

Very easy to use and program, updates are easy to install and support is fantastic.

We had one update tho that messed up our system for about a year. Some things did not go back either.

Most of the time I think it’s a good program & excellent for its cost. Here lately with the upgrades it is getting more complicated.

It has a rather steep learning curve and even then, it’s still a bit difficult to use. The updates are also a pain.

I miss having the attention given to fully making everything work with your computer. It is hard to understand and solve other computer problems when you don’t have the time.

Wintac has some great ideas and I like the fact that it is an all inclusive system. That being said, I think that  it is in need of being updated, simplified,/dummy proofed.

Functionality and seamless integration ease of use which sending email and the ability to do proposals.

Reporting was great, equipment tracking, dispatching, work orders, customer database, pop up windows.

This program, albeit a little bit difficult to use, has quite a few of the features we were looking for in management software.

I solve the dispatching problem, also wintac works great for me and my co-workers because is easy to use and fast,  also it doesn't need too many requirements to use on the computer.

I can pay bills and keeps track of accounts payable but sometimes it pulls up ancient data and includes it in the accounts which is just weird.

The best thing about this software is the usability. Training on the functions is clear and helpful.

Wintac is good for scheduling and keeping track of customers and their accounts. You can put in individual information and also add tags and alerts to pop up when you pull up an individual account.

Ease of use, navigation, technical support is responsive.

Job profit analysis, ease of use. Able to keep up with equipment history.

Awkward and  out dated , not intuitive to use. Unable to export history to other applications.

Wintac was good until the competition went web based and wintac stayed behind. If wintac could be web based and have everything it already had and be a decent price i would probably go back to wintac.

I like it’s a all in one software and it has some great features.

The backup time is only a minute. The program is rock solid and I rarely need, but if I do, their support team is amazing.

It's a frustrating process to try to get the software to function in the way that I need it to function.

Very satisfied with the product which has effectively evolved over the last dozen years we have used it. Support staff have always come through for us and have been a pleasure to work with.
