The team is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a small town/ family feel to the whole experience. The Software sells itself, but the customer service and the warm "welcome to the family" customer service is why they are successful. The tutorials and hands on training software was the biggest win for the TTI team. We were able to train all levels of users with a few training sessions built in to the YMS software. Easiest program in the world to use! Cons: There is only one feature that bugs me and that is the Eagle View being to hard to read, due to the size of our yard. The bigger the yard, the smaller your yard attributes become. Not a deal breaker at all, just one piece I believe can be improved. Cons: Expanded the intention so we had to literally build what we were running, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] did a fantastic job of building it. WIFI doesn't hold on the tablets...but not sure that's a YMS issue or WIFI issue. We don't even use the tablets any more.
