  • Pros

  • It allows us to offer a more holistic approach to serving our community. We are changing the question from "how can we help you?" to "How can we help you not be reliant on our services.
  • The reports are awesome and so useful in reporting back to the agencies how their resources are being used. We are eventually looking to expand into other features.
  • I love the usefulness for our organization that runs a food pantry and works with our community to better help those in need. We want to help people become independent and self-sufficient.
  • Cons

  • We were not able to keep names of disaster victims associated with the name of the disaster by which they were affected.
  • It is also disappointing that the local Trustee's office is no longer covering the cost of the software, which will lead to more agencies dropping it because they cannot afford to keep it.
  • Identifying the most needy in our community. Avoiding those who would abuse the system.

  • Automation rules are good and there is a great inventory system. I also love being able to bulk upload.
  • It is perfect for a one-person business like myself and it removes a lot of manual work for me. I love it.
  • They’ve been great - easy to use product, amazing customer service and support, and for a reasonable price. I can’t recommend them enough.
  • Cons

  • Also, the UPS damage claim process must go through Shipstation and it can be very frustrating.
  • On and off randomly it will not print the shipping labels, but will purchase the shipping. No way to communicate with a live support person, all through back and forth useless robotic email and chat.
  • Even if you just shipped it that day. Packing slips are awful too.
