Pros/Cons
Pros
- This has lead to profit increase and more satisfied clients. In addition, the support team is easily accessible and helpful to answer any initial questions i had.
- ArboStar keeps amazing client records. In a single year I might engage with about 2000 existing and prospective tree care clients and I want to make each of them feel important.
- New and improved features continuously implemented. Ease of use, many many great featues and reports in which our entire team uses daily and we each benefit from.
Cons
- I was sold after five minutes of watching but didn't want to be rude and interrupt (sorry [SENSITIVE CONTENT]).
- It was the worst news to a very anticipated update.
- When i started using the Arbostar, app lacked offline mode functionality meaning that if I was on site creating estimate and there were no reception I couldn't send it out.
Pros
- Its integration with our existing corporate systems was amazing and the team in the field love it.
- Clear and precise with great dashboard. Few clicks and you can find out a lot of info on the assets that have been captured.
- Extremely useful, everyone that i have shown is really impressed with how easy it is to navigate, use and retrieve information.
Cons
- Need for an 'EDIT' option to correct/amend/change any information that may have been missed of an correction needs to be done to update.
- I am unsure how I ever managed to carry out Arboricultural works without it.
- No report writing necessary - data is captured live. The platform could also be used to gather more detailed inspection notes and work recommendations on challenging/complex trees.
