  • Pros

  • This has lead to profit increase and more satisfied clients. In addition, the support team is easily accessible and helpful to answer any initial questions i had.
  • ArboStar keeps amazing client records. In a single year I might engage with about 2000 existing and prospective tree care clients and I want to make each of them feel important.
  • New and improved features continuously implemented. Ease of use, many many great featues and reports in which our entire team uses daily and we each benefit from.
  • Cons

  • I was sold after five minutes of watching but didn't want to be rude and interrupt (sorry [SENSITIVE CONTENT]).
  • It was the worst news to a very anticipated update.
  • When i started using the Arbostar, app lacked offline mode functionality meaning that if I was on site creating estimate and there were no reception I couldn't send it out.

  • I love that the software sends notifications to our customers. This has been so helpful in keeping our customers updated and confident in our services.
  • Their customer service is great, there is always someone willing to help me when I get in a jam and need help quickly. The software is easy to use and learn.
  • So far I love how easy it has been to use and the support is absolutely amazing. Its so nice to know when I am out in the field I can manage everything from my app.
  • Cons

  • Has to be close to the worst interfaces for a company just because of the lack of customer support.
  • Users on Facebook complained the software lags and cannot find customers in database for 5 minutes because of the the large number of customers in their system.
  • Decision killer was the inability for expense tracking. This was a no go and I terminated the trial.
