  • Pros

  • This has lead to profit increase and more satisfied clients. In addition, the support team is easily accessible and helpful to answer any initial questions i had.
  • ArboStar keeps amazing client records. In a single year I might engage with about 2000 existing and prospective tree care clients and I want to make each of them feel important.
  • New and improved features continuously implemented. Ease of use, many many great featues and reports in which our entire team uses daily and we each benefit from.
  • Cons

  • I was sold after five minutes of watching but didn't want to be rude and interrupt (sorry [SENSITIVE CONTENT]).
  • It was the worst news to a very anticipated update.
  • When i started using the Arbostar, app lacked offline mode functionality meaning that if I was on site creating estimate and there were no reception I couldn't send it out.

  • Sensitive content hidden] is my main man and when he's not around [sensitive content hidden] is also my savior. The lack of customer service help is the worst part.
  • Signing up with single ops was one of the worst decisions we have made for our company, avoid at all cost!!! I’m going to Service autopilot much better system.
  • You have to buy the software for $3600 + upfront and can only get a refund of 75% if cancelled in the first 30 days.
