Pros/Cons
Pros
- The ability to add in additional features like Zapier integration with just a few clicks is the best.
- Offered modules are perfect. Premade templates are just amazing, saves times and helped to understand that what complex functions can be easily implemented through formidable forms.
- It does everything I need with a graphical interface. The support team is friendly and responsive.
Cons
- The plugin some times is unstable when new updates are available.
- No WordPress website should be made without Formidable Forms.
- What I don't like is that I'm often left wondering why some things aren't easier to do when most of them are.
Pros
- The flow builder works great and there are just a huge number of ways to build logic into the flows. We have a complex UI, and so it is great to have several methods of building logic to fall back on.
- Making and deploying the flows was fun - it's like playing a game. Implementation was effortless for our developers.
- It is a great tool at a great price. The customer service is great.
Cons
- There is no way for new user to test the full version of the software before subscribing to the premium version. This is wrong and they should fix it.
- Limited on what I can access from my mobile phone on Userflow platform. Takes a long time to load and occasionally failing completely to be accessible on my Android OS device.
