The integration options are powerful enough to integrate with almost any software or CRM through webhooks, APIs, web forms, Zapier, etc. I am using it through Hubspot using Webhooks.

The price is unbeatable in this product space at the time of writing. I also like the integrations it offers with Zapier,  Airtable and more.

Not sure if it is available, but an overall 'cheat sheet' that has all the types of mapping and explanations.

There are occasional glitches and bugs that are frustrating to work around. I have had to reload in the middle of signing and it lost the info.

This is so amazing for people who work remotely and we need to collaborate on a project - definitely great for the distance.

If one of the witnesses fails to sign, after some time the document is canceled. I lost some documents after I discovered this.

Using docusign makes it simple for my clients to sign important documents as well. It is a win win for everyone.

Also, it integrated perfectly with other software and produced reliable pdf files that you can mail straight from the app. I never had any trouble regardless of the document size.

Overall my experience with DocuSign was great. It fit the needs of what we were doing perfectly.

The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.

Sometimes outta hard to see where you're signing and I don't have much bad you say about it SO I'll just stop.

I love how quickly I can sign important documents for taxes or home/business closings. I feel like it is also secure.

The functionality is great and I especially like the ease of use. No missing important signatures as everything is clearly layed out and in seconds I have a signed doc.

There is really nothing to dislike about this software. The downside is no face to face interaction with the person pushing the paper...maybe.

This is great you save your info and quickly allows you to sign documents other users are easily able to create an account and use very secure and easy to use.

My experience has been great. I have talked to customer service a few times and they have always been great as well.

When signing contracts or agreements, Docusign is a lifesaver. It has saved me so much money in Fedex and courier fees.

Love the ease of use and ability to save documents in the DocuSign system. Simple to sign online but also convenient options to print to paper or save as a PDF.

Good Product, love that it can integrate with SFDC. It doesn't bug out and is easy to use.
