  • Pros

  • Very intuitive ease of use. Customer support has been extremely open to developing features we need on ongoing basis - year over year to improve functionality ; the evolution has been tremendous.
  • The ease of operating and the additional modules that tie into each other, the capabilities of using active directories and merging outside training to a central location.
  • Cons

  • I have only used eBase in my past and current position and see no need for anything else.
  • Initial set-up / configuration is a big job, but I suspect this is the case for any platform.

  • Great email marketing, good for large scale drip campaigns. Very user friendly and has a huge range of customizable features.
  • I love its integrations with Salesforce, the ability to access from the Salesforce interface, and the ease of use.
  • Cons

  • That and they fact that the reporting and features in many ways have no flexibility make this software very frustrating for us.
  • There are even character limits on how much you can enter in one argument field.
