It is essential to keeping spam from attacking the servers. I also like the fact that I can download all of the entries to use for email letters to potential clients. I had one issue in the beginning of the year, where I wasnt having entries emailed to me. I contacted the company late one night and by the next morning everything was fixed. And they checked up on me a few days later to make sure everything was still working to my needs.
