Pros
- Ease of building forms either as stand-alone solutions or integrated via Connectors to Salesforce.com Very responsive and knowledgeable customer service.
- I love that I can create surveys on Form Assembly that make it very easy for the people completing the surveys to fill out. I get all of the information that I need in a clean and organized way.
Cons
- After setting up the connection with Salesforce, it was a bit difficult for my client to go in and edit form fields as necessary - they ended up breaking some things.
- To be specific, there should be a way to customize the error message when the form is filled incorrectly by the user. Right now, the error message the form generates is not user friendly.
Pros
- What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
- It has a beautiful UI which is user-friendly. I love the timeline view and the integration center is amazing and user friendly.
Cons
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- My team hates it, they find it confusing; I disagree. They do not like the layout and find it confusing to navigate through.
