I like the OCR feature for Searching for EOB/deposits. Cons: The Item I like the least in this software is the inability to search if the OCR button is not used. We are a little confused about your statement that you can't search for documents if the OCR button is not used. Do you mean \*full-text\* search? While we do need to have our system "read" the document (through OCR) to enable full-text search, you should be able to search in other ways such as document properties or by patient or bin. Also, if there is a problem with forgetting to import with OCR activated, we can set it for you that all batches are run through the OCR engine by default.
