I personally have gotten so frustrated with the process of creating a new form, that I have taken to copying an existing form and then adding, deleting or editing the fields I need to.

I hate the layout of viewing all of your forms, it gets confusing. Some settings for each form are in very random places.

Easy to embed into my website, easy to edit (which automatically edits the embedded form on my website). Have not had to use the customer support because it's very self explanatory.

Formsite is a little pricey, but it makes embedding and utilizing every function you'd want from a fort very simple. Includes piping, auto responses, rules,m and anything you'd need.

I have been using Formsite in 2 different jobs and for years. It is easy to embed the forms and get them very close to how you want them to look.

Formsite has been a great way for us to create and collect references for prospective staff. It's great that we can create what we want, and then simply provide a link to those completing the form.

It integrates with an increasing amount of other software platforms and the customer service is great. Being able to fully customize the notifications and success pages is really intuitive.

Formsite made it easy for us to create and share online forms easily, and the ability to get responses emailed to the point person on a project or promotion was great.

Plus, their customer support is excellent - I have always gotten a response to support questions within hours, even on holiday weekends.

The responses are stored within formsite and I am unsure of the options to import those to your PC, so this may be a con for some.

It is one of those sites that you have to check EVERYTHING before saving. The settings drive me nuts.

These would be for exterior modifications. Otherwise, anyone living in the community can access the forms on the website and submit a street light outage, concern or kudos.

Formsite allowed us to create our own online fillable forms with our own questions.

There are limitations to Formsite in customization. User permissions were limited, but usable and scalable.

It is easy to build forms with rules and logic.

The forms are so incredibly user friendly and they are perfect for gaining the information that we need from our tenants.

I also really like the ability to download the data that's captured on the registration forms, so that I can manipulate in my own spreadsheet.

Formsite main features can be navigated without much training. Setting up basic forms is quick and easy, this is the greatest strength of Formsite.

The setup of web forms for lead capture, surveys, and contact data is simple. The administrative back end is straight forward and intuitive.

It stores the answers online so it is easy to review and keep. I also really like that it sends an email once a form has been submitted so you know that it's complete.

Its great to get information quickly with a link. Building the forms are pretty easy.

You might find the completed form alert annoying if you expect a lot of forms to be submitted but you may be able to turn this off.

We chose this because of the price in comparison to other software. I like the export options.

I've used this with many different companies and always had great results.

We loved that formsite was easy to use and can capture complex answers without needing to know how to code. Formsite is also affordable and can integrate with other commonly used software programs.

Formsite is a great tool to create forms. I love the easy fields to choose from that make a registration form easy and professional.

I would recommend Formsite for any small to medium sized business looking to create webforms and aggregate data via Zapier integrations to more powerful platforms.

Just to repeat my above comments really, it's been really useful and vital for me and great value for money.

Jotform is very easy to use, design your form, share the link and process the results. The most amazing is to format the answers in PDF.

On two occasions, I have lost hours of work despite saving religiously. I haven't been able to reproduce this so I can't report ti.

I love love love this product. We’ve made forms that are for return requests and some that people can place orders from.

The best part about JotForm is how easy it is to use - with drag and drop options, excellent customer support, and regular updates to improve building the forms.

I really have loved how the ease and flexibility with which Jotform allows one to capture information.

It's an excellent platform with robust features and tons of integrations. Support is top-notch as well.

Said it would handle the tasks needed. It was easy to sign up and they were great at refunding immediately.

I like that the forms are easy to build and revise. Also, easy access to responses and the ability to download is a lifesaver.

This had me doubt this service. Regarding the software, I would say that the form blocks are a bit confusing for me.

Customer service is great, and it helped me save tons of time on building forms. My client is happy because the design looks great.

The only problem I have with this program is that uploading images into the document for submission is not always smooth.

When I was stuck at work with a database that was just terrible, I instead got jotform.

JotForm is easy to use and  has a beautiful dashboard to help  you track your form's performance.

I do not remember having anything I disliked about this software.

This is a generally good and sometimes great form building software.

We had an issue with tracking Facebook conversions with JotForm, but I cannot think of any other dislikes.

Very good product, very interesting for a non-profit organization like ours. Easy to use, most of the problems are solved by helpdesk.

Found it to be quite fast to use and reliable. Not sure it's the best solution in market but was easy enough for the couple projects I used Jotform for.

I am very happy with the few forms we have gotten to share with our parish or parishioners.

They also allow it's users to upload their own company logos which is super nice.

What I really liked the most about JotForm was how easy it was to build a form. The interface was user friendly.

It can integrate in many other platforms like WordPress. One of the best part of JotForm is it allow me to completely customized the form according to my theme.
