Pros/Cons
Pros
- We have been using WebMerge for a few months now and have found it to be very useful and helpful. It was the best solution we found to convert our online applications.
- I have some technical ability, but that was from years ago. I was able to set this up quickly, and the final details that I needed help, customer support stepped up and were great.
- I so appreciated that I quickly got help when I really needed it. Sincerely and strongly recommend.
Cons
- The setup instructions for what I was doing were confusing and took me forever to get working.
- The price tiers are the most disappointing aspect of the product.
- Gets pricey once you're over 2,000 deliveries per month. The jump from $250 to $750 dollars per month is scary.
Pros
- It is also much more powerful than any free cloud-based variants such as Google Docs. Best for enterprise use, as personal use would be better suited with Google Docs.
- Overall, Microsoft Office is an amazing application for document management/creation and is great for daily note taking/tracking.
- The customizable templates provided by Microsoft Word are of great help especially when I am out of ideas. I absolutely adore the number of features and fonts it has.
Cons
- Sometimes ctrl+z does not work to return what you missed. It happened to me and I couldn't get back to what I had deleted.
- The worst part of the application is that you have to learn all the functions of where to change headers, fonts, spacing, etc.
- Editing features are not as intuitive as they should be. Can get confusing as to who edited what.
