The best thing for most of Google's software is that it's free. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on survey software, this is great.

Is super easy to use and people are familiar with this platform so I normally see a good completion rate. It also integrates natively with google sheets and it's free.

There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

It's great to be able to access these benefits just with my Google account, it's free and safe.

It has little bit authentication problem and no option to recover once the data is lost.

Google Forms allows you all the formatting options and helps you create stunning forms. Also, help you integrate those forms with other apps.

My experience has been fantastic. I have used Google Forms for employee surveys, customer feedback, community needs assessment,  and other important tasks requiring data.

They have a great library of templates to choose from to get started, and once you get started the user friendly interface makes it super easy to brand and edit.

The biggest problem that we have had with Wufoo is the notifications.

Since Squarespace does not allow users to create forms with attachment options to them, Wufoo is a great solution to that.

Overall very pleased with Wufoo, better than other options in market like Jotform/Typeform in my opinion for its simplistic approach and ease of use.

I like that users can build a form quickly and easily to embed and send in emails or post on our website to reach internal or external constituents.

The Wufoo online software functions so well that I've never had to contact technical support with a problem.

I don't have many cons, with the exception of a dated feel and unattractive forms.

Wufoo is cheap and easy. It's a great scrappy solution for entry forms that need quick and easy setup and integrations with things like ticketing systems or project management tools.

Limit of users allowed to use Wufoo. Was difficult for some of the older employees at first.

Some of the features are a little bit limited in terms of what you can do.

I was always impressed with how friendly the help desk staff were. You can customize the template of your forms, you can set rules, set up payment integration.

I hate the high price of the monthly fee. I think there should be a category for occasional users, as well.

Wufoo is helpful for creating any type of form in which you want someone to enter some type of information. Terms of service, agreements, anything like that its great.

Also, their customer service is TOP NOTCH. I get responses within a couple of hours most of the time if I ever need anything.

Wufoo as a website often has some difficulties--the website can be down, I've had trouble accessing because without clearing my history, etc.

Its features improved day by day, like file upload, payment processing options, etc. I especially love the conditional and logical field option, it's really powerful.

We have saved hours of staff time using Wufoo to create our market research surveys. It is easy to use and the results platform is great.
