Customer service has been great the few times I reached out to them. They've continued to add new features (that I don't really use).

First, best value for your money. Super easy to use, you're able to duplicate invoices, integrate Stripe just for certain invoices and keep track of payments all very convenient and easy.

As a user, it's easy to see that the team genuinely cares about helping their customers succeed rather than just collect a subscription fee every month.

That's my biggest problem with it, and when my other business get busier I will have to switch to another company most likely.

Whenever I experience any issue, the customer service team is always quick to respond and resolve and that is a big plus.

I absolutely love the contract builder that Indy has. It's easy and intuitive to navigate.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.
