io Sweep is a cloud-based reports management tool designed primarily to help users create and complete on-site safety reporting forms for accidents, incidents and other types of safety concerns. iOS and Android mobile apps are available.

Users can create custom forms or download pre-built templates. Configurable settings allow users to set required and optional fields, as well as who should receive each report. Administrators are notified when completed reports are delivered. Media such as photos, videos, timestamps and GPS locations can all be collected and sent to administrators via the io Sweep mobile app.

io Sweep automatically collects data from completed forms, which enables users to access their data for reporting and spreadsheets. An administrator portal allows user to control form-editing privileges and determine who has access to collected data.

Support is provided via phone and email. Pricing is per user per month.
