Not the sexiest form solution out there, but boy is it powerful
Excellent. It's an excellent platform with robust features and tons of integrations. Support is top-notch as well.
PROSThe conditional form fields and calculations make this an extremely powerful tool for anyone looking to capture information. It's affordable, works well, integrates with a lot of platforms easily, and does exactly what it's intended to do.
CONSThere isn't much. It isn't the sexiest platform out there, but with a little CSS you can get the forms styled exactly how you want them. It would be nice to have better WYSIWYG options. Really minor detail, but I get quite annoyed when the forms auto sort in the order of most recently updated. They start by displaying alphabetically, I'll click on my desired form, but right as I click it changes ...

Great for quick, basic forms for novices and professionals
Right now, I am using a basic order form with Jotform which serves my purpose for now, but I will look for a more robust and customizable option in future with better payment integration.
PROSIt is easy to use, design and customize forms for any purpose. Can be integrated with almost any third-party app for easy automation, workflows and follow-up.It is great if you are a beginner setting up forms and using the templates is easy and straightforward. I love that you can send invoices straight to respondents after they have submitted orders.
CONSDesigns or themes are basic. Although you can customize it, it is still basic. I would like integration with more payment gateways, especially international solutions that are not Paypal and Stripe.
Reasons for switching to Jotform
Google Forms is limited in the ways you can use and customize it.

Jotform great for Horse Show Entry Form and Data
This has allowed our show office to be able to verify information and have over 80% of our entries determined prior to the day of the show. This also helps ensure our show will be able to plan and budget costs for prizes on the day of the show. We can also inform our exhibitors or potential exhibitors the count of riders in each class for points planning or practice.
PROSEase of creating a form and copy a form that is similar.
CONSThe reports are not 100% easy for the exhibitors not a jotform users to see the form.

Worst Experience Ever - Our Form Was Disabled and Access Blocked without notice
It's the worst, most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a platform. Zero customer service to even determine why our account was suspended.
PROSIt was free. What else do you want me to say?
CONSThe Google doc form that Jot Form eventually produced could have been produced through Google docs tools or templates. I wasn't impressed. What was worse, after spending an hour sending out our Jot Form sponsorship form to old and potentially new sponsors, I received an email from a potential sponsor saying that the Jot Form link didn't work. To my disbelief, Jot Form not only disabled our non-profit form but suspended our account - all without notice or explanation. We have never knowingly violated any terms of use on any site and even if done inadvertently, at least a warning or notice before or after the fact would be the professional response. If we exceeded our free usage, which is not likely, at least a pop up could give us an opportunity to upgrade. There was none. And then there was the Contact Form. After taking time to change our password and complete the contact form, you can only contact them if logged in. The login was blocked.Adding to the false claim of having 40 million users while having such basic issues, this platform is one I will avoid at all cost. Appearing to be completely unprofessional, we probably lost thousands in potential sponsorships.

It was free and had good reviews that I now wonder if they were sekf generated. The claim that is has 40 milliom users isnt even believeable.
