I want to state that the customer service from this team was outstanding. They went out of their way to ensure we were able to see everything we wanted in a test environment. The workflow was really everything we needed and provided amazing personalization and flexibility. #### Cons Kissflow ended up being a bit more expensive than we'd have hoped for.
