Warehousing at it's finest
We have changed how we manage our inventory as well as evolved a way to track our goods transferred from our warehouse to our sites. Overall, the software is great for anyone that needs a mostly easy to use software to ensure accuracy on work orders, and parts tracking.
PROSThe software allows for a simple solution to keeping track of inventory, even remotely! Using QR Codes within the software allows for my colleagues to ensure accuracy when they take items out of the inventory in our warehouse. Furthermore, it allows to track where items go, with photographic accountability as well.
CONSThe software can feel a bit clunky and unfinished when using an Android device. It does take a bit of getting used to in order to navigate quickly and efficiently within the app.

decent for an entry level program
Decent program to track work orders and manage assets. Very easy to use. Mobile app is helpful. not impressed with overall features and functionality. Data input way too time consuming.
PROSVery easy to use, mobile app is helpful.
CONSinability to mass edit in spreadsheet format, worksheets are time consuming and basic. Lack space to input details such as component info for equipment, specs, etc. Lack of many desired features and functionality. mobile app doesnt show all info or allow editing of info when it comes to inventory control etc.
Reasons for switching to MaintainX
AMMS program and backup data was lost. Prefer to switch back to amms after trying maintainx

A good flexible platform to keep track of many things
The biggest thing MaintainX has helped us with has been keeping all of our maintenance and repairs at all of our properties together and viewable by all of us. It eliminates the need for each of us to have our own system in place.
PROSIt's very adaptable to a wide range of assets, repairs, etc.
CONSIt would be nice if more than one asset could be assigned to a work order. For example, if an HVAC PM service is for several pieces of equipment it would be nice to select each one. Instead I find myself duplicating work orders or grouping equipment together to make it work.

Use of MaintainX in hospitality
Operation is more efficient, work time has decreased considerably, and we have better control on past, current, and future work orders.
PROSIt is really easy to use, and easy to learn. It has plenty of useful features and tools. Our staff got used to it really quickly, and it has an amazing filter system that lets you see custom Work Orders according to your role in the company
CONSProbably the search engine could be improved in the work order area, as it only shows exact results.

MaintainX have been and still is a good choice i made for using a CMMS.
MaintainX is quite easy to understand and to operate, it is modern and even if something doesn`t work my account manager will do his absolute best to support me with the issue and find a solution.
CONSsometimes it appears it is a little challenging for a mobile phone to use app, like sometimes app can froze etc. but i know devs are continiusly working on improving, so not much of a negative.

Organization, Communication and Time Management All in One App
Makes my job easier. I am able to stay organized and improve communication with our other locations.
PROSWhat I liked the most about this software is that its very easy to use. We have a lot of older guys that aren't up to date with technology and they find it very easy to maneuver.
CONSThere are some slight features that can be improved but I see them improving in the future soon.

Grows with your needs!
We have enjoyed partnering with MaintainX and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been a great asset in getting us what we need to be successful with the product! He helped create some of our procedure pages and that was HUGE!
PROSWe started using MaintainX about 6 months ago and what we like most is that they are always improving their product. They take what the customer needs and works to implement the closest version of what is needed.
CONSThe reports are not very easy to filter and are not able to be fully customized, yet. However, they are better than other systems we have seen and MaintainX is consistently improving the capabilities. The other piece I wish was improved is the layout of the exported work order. It is not very pretty and cannot, at this time, be customized to remove the information I don't need.

We chose MaintainX specifically because it was a new and growing product. We felt the products bones were good and seeing where the product was moving was exactly where we needed to be. The cost is on point with the product and is manageable for a newer company, like ours.

Biokyowa Maintenance Planner Review
I am very happy with MaintainX. The customer suport is very helpful. We are able to add an endless amount of information to our database very easily.
PROSThe user-friendly interface is very easy to navigate. We are able to use this technology with various age groups of technicians and everyone was able to catch on quickly.
CONSOur major issue on the software is not having the ability to auto generate new procedures from within a procedure. For instance, if I have a procedure that says "Is a hot work permit required?", If the answer is "Yes", it would be nice for the software to automatically add that "Hot work procedure" to the work order instead of an admin having to add it. It would also be nice if technicians could add procedures on their own from their tablets.

We wanted a more user friendly option that also allowed our technicians to start completing work orders digitally instead of using paper.

MaintainX Its the best choice fot a preventive maintenance control
We reduce the down time machine for not maked maintenance and failures, and prevents the damage for the machines
PROSThe price is to small for the offered featuresits too easy to use , a friendly software easy to learn how to use
CONSonly the reports has problems, i think that use too much paper to print, but if you have only a digital management is no problem for that

Awesome Product!
I am a fleet/equipment manager that is still on the road driving. I am way from the office whether it is driving or turning wrenches with my mechanics. I play many roles and have a hard time keeping track of equipment, costs, repairs, purchase orders, vendors, etc. MaintainX help me regain control as a fleet equipment manager.
PROSWhile I don't usually contact customer service unless I have an idea to improve, it is always a quick response. - Work Orders are simple and easy to create - Asset Tracking - Purchase Orders are an awesome addition - Inventory/Parts Tracking is great - Requestors are free and are able to see the work on the work order they prepare The software is clean and simple. It is easy to use and so much you can do with it. I have a lot of favorite features. I like that I can add pictures for the parts, SDS to the chemicals I inventory.
CONSThis software does what I need it to do. The only con that I have is there are items that need to be improved on. However, if you contact MaintainX, they take you idea into consideration and add the feature. I hope they add the ability to approve purchase orders from the phone.

I chose MaintainX because it was easy to set up. All the other products seemed like I had to go all in at first. MaintainX allowed me to start simple with free use. Then I bumped up to the basic and then finally to premium. I also like the pricing is by person and not role. Pricing is also competitive. I would eventually like to check out if there are benefits to the enterprise side, but I brought this product in for the transportation department of the company I work for. I would eventually like the manufacturing side of the company use it for their maintenance department.

Easy to use CMMS system
we have now streamline our work order system with all employees, we now have a database of parts inventory that is tied to each machine and we are able to show cost and time analysis per machine.
PROSIt is easy for everyone to use, all the requestors had to have was a smartphone and they were able to create a work order
CONSit is hard to distinguish between current, scheduled and future work orders in the database. I would also like to see a clear picture of actual downtime of equipment.
