The ability to brand the platform to our requirements is very good overall but there are some small areas for improvement.

Web hooks integrations are really severely lacking, passing only that it completed a form and no other information.

Design is attractive (Specially if like to play with the colours of our choice). Customisation (Enough for me and I like it).

The customization tool is simple and allows you to create stunning templates with little effort.

None of this is unique to the problem they are trying to solve. It's no different than signing a doc with Adobe or some other application.

I like the fact that is does streamline our ability to close sales leads. I see an improvement of over 10.

The best part about Pandadoc is that it's super easy to edit services while filling it out.

Overall, the customer success team has been very responsive, and PandaDoc keeps rolling out new products to improve their offerings.

I can create and or make changes to existing ones. I like that my documents are saved and are simple to search for.

This program is another easy to use Doc program. It's budget friendly and also has free features available.

Great product, great user interface, and a support team that feels more human than others I've worked with in the past.

Functionality is perfect for what we looking to have it do. Easy to set up the documents you need to have signed and on the back end easy for the user to sign and return.

Our Marketing team is thrilled because all of our proposals are customized with CSS to fit our brand objectives. Also, their support team offers outstanding service if/when you need assistance.

I like their plans structure, so that on their free plan I can still get as many e-signatures as possible and also it allows me to ingrate stripe and quickbooks for easy payments.

I don't think of anything major that could be a disturbance or any bad effect of this particular product on my workflow.

Also, some of the integration fields are mandatory even if you don't have any need for them so you have to really get your brain hamster to improvise and work around that obstacle.

I liked the pricing for PandaDoc and it seemed that it would be a good alternative to higher-priced e-signature products.

Overall it was a terrible experience, from support to the actual product.

There is a spam problem with the email sent to some customers. I don’t have any other concern with PandaDoc.

Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable.

The enterprise plan is on-demand quote only, through a useless call with the sale team, and probably very expensive (I did not go through there, not time for useless calls).

Take advantage of it and set up training for people who are new to online signatures. Other than that, the platform is easy to use once you get the training.
