  • Pros

  • Ease of use with mobile devices, customer support is amazing, cloud based aggregated reports, updates are frequent.
  • What I like most is that you can actually print a report to PDF, as opposed to saving all reports, as the report is already available on the dashboard.
  • Cons

  • Occasionally there is slight difficulty searching up some of the information stored when it is someone unfamiliar using it.
  • We sometimes have a hard time getting local managers to activate their accounts.

  • Scheduling is easy along with client communication options. Setting it all up is pretty easy also very user friendly.
  • I love software because my clients love it. It makes it so much easier for them to book appointments online, at their convenience.
  • Cons

  • I had several customers book my services incorrectly and were charged incorrectly because of this.
  • The app on the iphone is horrible, never lets me view the schedule. It shuts out of the app, before even logging into my account.
